About

I'm a learning technology specialist based in Sydney. I've spent almost six years in software and learning technology, most of it at a small Melbourne eLearning studio that works with government, education and corporate clients. I'm now the studio's sole employee, so I cover a lot of ground: managing platform projects with vendors and partners, administering learning management systems, building courses, supporting learners, and producing the reports that show how a program is going.

My biggest project is a state government training portal with over 3,800 users. I wrote the requirements and permissions model for its move to Moodle 5.0, tracked the vendor's work item by item, took the partner and the department through testing and training, and have checked every release on staging and live since it launched in February 2026.

I'm a software engineer by training, which helps when I'm talking to developers or building a small tool to fill a gap. I care about accessibility (I've audited more than 40 modules against WCAG 2.1 AA), clear writing, and checking that things work rather than assuming they do.
